Dawn Brown, the founder of People Development Coaching is a recognised HR Professional whose career experience to date encompasses all aspects of People Management including HR and L&D Consultancy; supporting change management; team development; initiatives to support delivery of business solutions and coaching.
An experienced trainer she has created and delivered a wealth of courses both for organisations and as part of academic programmes where she has taught up to Masters level and for various Professional Qualifications.
When coaching her style is collaborative and action orientated. She partners with her clients supporting and challenging them as they discover insights about themselves and make the changes they seek to achieve their goals. A prime focus of her coaching sessions is the exploration, through discussion, of the areas which the client is seeking to make changes. Insightful and powerful questioning facilitates the client to become clear in terms of what they want to achieve and grow. She is a firm believer that her client is already a successful individual and that by working in partnership they build on their existing strengths and successes.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Member of the Association of Coaching. She holds qualifications in HR; teaching; training; management; coaching and counselling skills.
