About Us

 

Led by Dawn Brown an experienced ‘people’ professional with a background in organisational development, learning and development and HR.

 

In addition to being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a trained Coach she holds qualifications in Human Resources, Management, Training Practice and Adult Teaching.  Further self development has added skills in the areas of counselling and psychology.

 

Dawn’s experience encompasses all aspects of People Management including organisational development initiatives to support delivery of business solutions; change management; team development; project managing HR system implementation and one to one coaching.
